Founder
Warren is the founder of Maven Retirement Advisors and the inspiration for the Maven name. In his book, The Tipping Point, Malcolm Gladwell defines a Maven as an “information specialists...someone we rely upon to connect us with new information.” In Yiddish, it means “expert—one who understands.” Both are apt descriptions of Warren. His appetite for information and genuine desire to educate others are the driving forces behind the firm’s mission and approach to client service.
Warren celebrated 50 years in in finance and insurance in 2018 and is still looking forward to meeting his next new client. He is an Investment Advisory Representative (IAR) and holds Indiana Life & Health Insurance licenses with designations in Long-Term Care (CLTC) and Retirement Planning Certification (CRPC). He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University.
In addition to advising individual client’s, he is a sought-after mentor to young advisors and a subject-matter-expert to insurance carriers seeking product development guidance.
Warren serves on the advisory board of the Investment News Retirement Income Summit; is a Founding member of Elite Producer Group; and a member of the Retirement Income Association and the Insured Retirement Institute.
